Disana Knitted Leggings

Disana Merino wool leggings are so soft and comfortable. Knitted in a single layer rib pattern, these leggings are slightly thinner than our popular Disana wool covers. Disana wool leggings also work great as diaper covers over fitted diapers during the day when diaper changes are more frequent, if properly lanolized (at least twice when new). These pants have a nice stretch to them and fit great over cloth diapers. (However, we recommend using our 2 -layer Disana wool covers overnight, especially if your child is a heavy wetter.) Whichever way you use them, you will get a lot of use out of Disana wool leggings. The non-itchy wool keeps baby warm and comfortable throughout the day, especially on brisk winter days, and cozy at night when used as pajama bottoms.

Disana sizes are based on your child's height, not their age. While you know your child's age, it doesn't reliably indicate the right size. That's why we recommend measuring your child’s height before choosing a size. See sizing chart in images

A common question is: how much room to grow is okay? Folding sleeves or pant legs once is usually fine—but anything more can affect comfort. It's important that your child can move freely and, most importantly, stays warm. A jacket or overall that's too large may limit movement and let in cold air.

CARE

Pure new wool is naturally dirt and odour repellent. That's why woollen items only rarely need to be washed. Airing in the fresh air is usually sufficient to get a woollen item hygienically clean and fresh again. If a woollen article does need to be washed, it should be handled with care.

Washing is always at your own risk.

We recommend washing our disana wool items by hand. This is best done in the hand wash basin, in cold water, with our disana wool shampoo. Do not wring or rub, just press through lightly. Then rinse at the same water temperature and squeeze out carefully. If you prefer to machine wash, please do so in the wool wash program, cold and without spinning or only with a maximum of 400 rotations.

Dry lying on the washing rack in a place that is not too sunny.

i ordered leggings , 6- 12 months size as well as woolie overalls in the same size. , both are soft and beautiful. The three wooden animals are very likeable characters, well made with a nice finish. I love the leggings. They are thicker than typical leggings so we have used them as pants. Great way to stay cozy.

I bought 2 leggings, 1 3-6 months and 1 6-12 months, THE 3-6 is a big long for my 2 months old but I just rolled up the legs and the waist fits just right and can still stretch to compensate his growth. My only problem is that I like the green color but it's not available in his size so I bought the grey and red.

Baby and Us love those! They will also fit a long time! They are great for my big baby, I bought a size up, they are really long for now but i can roll them until he grows long! Breathable, we love wool and recommend them! Also, the price is very reasonable.

I love these leggings, have a pair for each of my sons and I'm about to purchase more. We keep our house slightly cool in the winter and these are perfect for everyday relaxing at home. They're so quick and easy to get off for a diaper change and don't restrict movement at all.

I got one pair and ended up getting another shortly after I loved it so much! Super breathable and soft for baby, very generous sizing (I had my 4 month old in the 3-6 month size at 6 weeks old, looks just as cute baggy and is still rolled twice at the bottom) and perfect for cloth diapers! As a first time cloth diaperer I make errors regularly but the wool leggings will absorb any leaks. Speaking of absorbent, they are immensely so! Did I mention you typically only have to wash them once every couple weeks? These are honestly just the best pants, I can't say enough good stuff about them. Will definitely be buying more as baby grows :)
