It's very easy! All you need is a customer account with us and you can start collecting points. For every $1 (excluding taxes and shipping) you spend in our online store you'll receive 1 Apple Point.
Points will be automatically applied within 24 hours once your order has been marked shipped.
How to find your collected points
In order to see how many points you have collected, you need to be logged in into your account. Your reward points floater (at the bottom of the page will indicate how many points you currently have). If you click on the floater, you can choose to redeem points or see your points history in the pop up window.
Appletree Points can be redeemed as followed:
150 Apple Points = $5 discount on your next order
275 Apple Points = $10 discount on your next order
550 Apple Points = $20 discount on your next order
How do I get started?
Simply create an account or log in to your existing account and collect points with every purchase. Points will be credited to your account once your order has been shipped.
Can I receive points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately, purchases made before the launch of our rewards program are not eligible to receive points.
Can I receive points if I make a purchase in the retail store?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is to set up a customer account online first. Please mention it in store that you have a customer profile and we will credit your account with the collected points.
Can I receive points for purchasing any products in the store?
Most products are included in the rewards program. Some exceptions are gift certificates and sales/clearance items.
What if I return an item that I received points for?
We will deduct points from your account if you decide to return an item(s). E.g. if you earned 4 Apple Points for a product, we will deduct 4 Apple Points from your account. If deducting points would cause your point balance to drop below zero (i.e. you have already used the points), the cash equivalent of the points will be subtracted from your refund.
How can I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed in store or online. Once you have collected enough points, click on the reward points floater at the bottom of your page (you need to be logged into your account to see your points). Choose how many points you would like to redeem, copy the coupon code that is being created for you and enter it in the coupon code field during checkout. Please note that only 1 coupon code can be applied per purchase.
Exceptions
Unfortunately at this time, points cannot be collected on sales items and furniture purchases.
