Our interpretation of the classic college jacket - made entirely from soft boiled wool fabric. The wide raglan sleeves are typical of the college jacket. They make it easier to put on and take off and emphasize the casual cut of the jacket. The wide, knitted cuffs on the body and sleeves are also typical. A wide collar, also knitted from soft merino wool, and integrated slit pockets round off the design of the jacket. The inside of our disana college jacket is fully lined with a fine merino wool jersey. Hardly any other disana item offers more cozy softness.

A common question is: how much room to grow is okay? Folding sleeves or pant legs once is usually fine—but anything more can affect comfort. It's important that your child can move freely and, most importantly, stays warm. A jacket or overall that's too large may limit movement and let in cold air.

CARE

Pure new wool is naturally dirt and odour repellent. That's why woollen items only rarely need to be washed. Airing in the fresh air is usually sufficient to get a woollen item hygienically clean and fresh again. If a woollen article does need to be washed, it should be handled with care.

Washing is always at your own risk.

We recommend washing our disana wool items by hand. This is best done in the hand wash basin, in cold water, with our disana wool shampoo. Do not wring or rub, just press through lightly. Then rinse at the same water temperature and squeeze out carefully. If you prefer to machine wash, please do so in the wool wash program, cold and without spinning or only with a maximum of 400 rotations.
