The cast iron pan's grilling area measures approx. 22 cm and works excellent for grilling vegetables, fish or meat. The lid can be used to reduce splatters or to speed up the cooking process. The pan and lid is oven proof (no plastic parts).
Requires seasoning before first use.
Hand wash and dry immediately (heat it up on the stove for a few minutes until all water has evaporated).

Fantastic quality
I have never been disappointed with anything made in Japan. Finely cast, not as thick’s as some cast iron. I have a few different cast iron products, the finish on the Japanese cast iron is by far the best non stick I have ever used. Cleans up well with a natural bristle brush. Plus, you cannot go wrong with a product designed by Sori Yanagi.
