Ok but...

The teddy bear looks ok and I trust that it's made with cotton and wool but the packaging was terrible. For the price you would think that this item comes in a great package but nope, I recieved it in a brown paper bag with the receipt on it. If you're getting this as a gift, you'll have to package it before you can even see wrap it up. Response from Ava's Appletree Hi T, we are so sorry that you weren't satisfied with the packaging of your order. I just looked it up and it was an online order that was placed for in store pick up so our staff placed the teddy into our kraft paper shopping bags that we use for in store purchases. The receipt that you're referring too is always stapled to the front of the bag so that we know whose order it is as we have hundreds of pick up orders since the start of the pandemic. Feel free to request gift wrapping next time you place an order with us and we'll be happy to accommodate it but keep in mind that most of our brands do not offer any packaging for environmental reasons.
