We offer secure online credit card processing for Visa and MasterCard. We also offer integrated payment via PayPal for customers who prefer that option.

In Ontario, PEI and Nova Scotia, children’s items including clothing, footwear, diapers and books are exempt from the provincial portion of the HST and are only subject to a 5% tax equivalent to the GST. Unfortunately, toys are not exempt.
Orders from outside of Canada won’t be charged any taxes unless the shipping address is within Canada.
How to cancel or change an order
We try to process any changes or cancellations we receive, however if your order has already been shipped we cannot accommodate your request. Please give us a call and/or send us a message as soon as possible to see if a change or cancellation of the order is still possible.
Once we have received your order, your shipment will be sent out as soon as possible, usually between 1-3 business days. We ship with Canada Post. You may choose between Expedit Shipping or Xpresspost at checkout. Expedit Shipping takes between 1-7 business days, while Xpresspost takes 1-3 business days, depending on destination. The flat rate for Expedit Shipping is $ 7.95 and for Xpresspost is $15.00 for orders up to $99. All orders $99 or over qualify for free shipping within Canada*.

**We charge a flat rate fee of $15 for Xpresspost to all provinces except British Columbia and Alberta. Xpress shipping fees to any of these provinces generally exceed $40. Unfortunately we had to raise our flat rate fee for xpress orders to $30 to these provinces. If you wish to have an order shipped xpress post to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and we cannot take responsibility if a shipment takes longer due to delays with Canada Post.
* Orders that ship to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories pay a flat shipping fee of $13.95. Canada Post designates some areas as being remote areas/expensive areas to which special shipping rates apply. Any orders that ship to remote areas/expensive areas of Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $13.95 (which is below our actual cost), free shipping doesn't apply to these orders. Remote areas/expensive areas include addresses with the following postal code:
