14-Day-Return-Policy Yes, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the original form of payment. If you are expecting, the 14 days begin from the day of your baby's birth!  

• Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items must be in resalable condition; unworn, unwashed and without stains.
• Please include a copy of your receipt.
• Note that we cannot refund shipping costs.

You may try any Baby Carrier within our 14 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back to us and we will refund your money. No questions asked. Please make sure that all tags are included and that the carrier if free of stains. 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your package from the shipper (2 to 9 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How To Make a Return

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account or create a new account if you have checked out as a guest (your order information will be linked to your new account). View your order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once you have notified us about your return wish you are allowed to return the item(s). Collect the item(s) you wish to return and place them in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Please note that all items returned must be in immaculate resalable condition, in the original product packaging with all tags intact - otherwise a credit cannot be issued. Washed, worn, stained or items determined to have been used by the consumer cannot be accepted. Please make a copy of your invoice and add it to your shipping box. You are responsible for return shipping charges. When shipping, be sure to get a tracking number so that you can confirm delivery of the package. Please note: We cannot accept any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it. Returns are being processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned items. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Refunds to your credit card can take an additional 3 - 5 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank.

Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded in case of a return. The actual incurred shipping charges will be deducted from your return amount if your total falls under $69, this is also the case if you have received free shipping on your order.

How to exchange an item

The fastest and easiest way is to order the new item on our website and then return the item you don’t want any more (see “How to make a return”). You will find complete instructions on how to return the item(s). We will notify you via e-mail once the new item is shipped to you. Please note that new shipping costs are due if exchanging an item.

Received a wrong product

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. Please follow the steps on “How to make a Return”.

Shipping within Canada  ***New shipping rates***

Important: Our store is closed from Wednesday, May 8 to May 26 for a family vacation. All orders placed before Tuesday, May 7th, 1 pm will ship before we close, all other orders will ship immediately after we are back. 

Once we have received your order, your shipment will be sent out as soon as possible, usually between 1-3 business days. Orders ship Monday to Friday with Canada Post, please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. You may choose between Expedit Shipping or Xpresspost at checkout. Expedit Shipping takes between 1-7 business days, while Xpresspost takes 1-3 business days, depending on destination. The flat rate for Expedit Shipping is $ 6.95 on orders up to $69. We charge a flat rate fee of $15 for Xpresspost. All orders $69 or over qualify for free shipping within Canada**.  

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and we cannot take responsibility if a shipment takes longer due to delays with Canada Post.

* Orders that ship to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories pay a flat shipping fee of $12.95. Canada Post designates some areas as being Remote Areas to which special shipping rates apply. Any orders that ship to remote areas of Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95, free shipping doesn't apply to these orders. Remote Areas include addresses with the following postal code:

Xpress shipping on larger/heavier items may incur additional shipping charges if the actual shipping fees exceed $25. We will contact you with a quote if this is the case.

Shipping Internationally

If you are considering an order to an address outside of Canada, please contact us and we will determine the shipping cost that would apply. Or you can place an order and we will contact you to provide you with a shipping quote. In any case, you always have the possibility of cancelling your order if you wish. Note that international shipping rates can be much higher than those for shipments within Canada.
